Saltwater Taffy is honored to be part of the upcoming Hudson Children’s Book Festival 2013 happening May 4, 2013 in Hudson, New York.  The Hudson Children’s Book Festival is the largest children’s book festival in the entire state of New York and looks to be a great time for young readers.  The Festival schedule is currently being worked out, but you can count on Saltwater Taffy being part of this amazing book festival for children.

Book Festivals and Literary Jam Festivals connect young readers with authors and illustrators and help promote literacy in America.  As we continue to see the rapid decline in reading skills in elementary students, book festivals help create an atmosphere of learning by opening the minds of children.
